I created a special cup of chill that I want to share with you today. This iced Immune-Booster-Chill-Matcha-Latte is topped with lavender and brings you all the balance and harmony you are looking for. Plus: It looks incredibly gorgeous.
This is how to make your Iced Summer Cup of Chill:
Note| I always keep some frozen herbal cubes in my freezer and for this iced latte, I froze some plant milk with organic lavender before.
Plant or Nut Milk, e.g. almond milk
The Matcha by CAP Beauty | Matcha is full of antioxidants and life force minerals while enhancing the mood.
Astragalus by Sun Potion | This herb is known as The Great Protector. It strengthens skin health, metabolism, and digestion, the immune system, and energy levels. Also, balances emotional and mental stress. This herb has it all.
Maca | An Andean super food (it’s a root actually) has been used in traditional healing for thousands of years. Known to naturally support the body’s ability to adapt to stress and improve energy, vitality, and stamina.
Chaga by Four Sigmatic | This mushroom is the “black gold” that grows on birch trees. It is one of the highest sources of antioxidants in nature and it helps you stabilize your immunity.
Pour milk with one spoon full of Matcha, Astragalus, Maca and Chaga into the mixer and mix on a low level. Put milk-lavender cubes into a glass and pour herbal-mushroom mix over it. Stir and add some organic lavender on top.
I love drinking this morning latte with a metal reusable straw.
