3 Manifestation Steps to Move in the Right Direction

Hello, Manifestation Mindset! If there’s a FastPass to inner and outer bliss it would def be called to stop comparing yourself to others. We live in a society that likes to focus on comparisons. By pointing out what’s not yet good enough or focusing on the absence of the things you wish for (and walk around telling others about the frustration about this absence) quickly spirals you in a low-vibration energy. It’s a rabbit hole of low self-esteem and self-worth and you are likely to meet people who will answer you that life is hard and you can’t always get what you want.

To me, it’s one of the most powerful rules to manifestations. It gives you back your power. It stops your victimhood. It shows you that really, you can have everything you want. In the end, it’s really if you put your mind and focus on that manifestations quality of saying, thinking and breathing that it will be easy to achieve it.

Learning a few simple tips can help you become more mindful and can support you to shift your low-vibration thoughts into a high vibrating mindset – allowing you to move in the right direction.

Here are 3 easy manifestation steps to move in the right direction:


Be reflective: Make a list of the Social Media Sites, TV shows, magazines, and other media you watch and read. Now reflect on how they make you feel.  You might already know that watching the news doesn’t really make you feel happy. But how about that morning Instagram scroll-triathlon that makes you doze off in bed for longer than planned? If the media you’re engaging with doesn’t leave you with a positive emotion, feeling empowered and centered, this is a good indicator to change your engagement with them. Step 1: Kick out/Unfollow all the media that doesn’t serve you.


New Habits: If you want to manifest your dreams, you most likely will have to expand your comfort zone. I like to think of it as a high five to the universe where you show the universe you are ready to take actions, even if it means being a little uncomfortable at first. So: Try something new. Go to that new exercise class by yourself.  Talk to a stranger. Get up earlier and do a morning routine that really makes you feel happy.


Practice Alignment: Instead of repeating what is not yet, start pointing out what is working great for you. You might be a great teacher to others and you might have really good communications skills. Your decision-making was on fleek today and you really appreciate all the options that showed up for you at work today. How is kind of self-talk making you feel?


Manifesting really starts with your own mindset and figuring out, what is blocking you and lowering your energy. Practice these 3 steps. It can be simple to move in the right direction if you care about what you spend your time with and what you really focus on. Uplift your energy. See all the good that is working for you. There is nothing that you can not create.
